SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2004
The Old Lyme Zoning Board of Appeals met on Thursday, February 5, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. Those present and voting were June Speirs (Chairman), Richard Moll (Acting Chairman), Susanne Stutts, and Judy McQuade (Alternate - seated).
Acting Chairman Moll called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. He noted that Judy McQuade is a voting alternate.
ITEM 1: Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by June Speirs, seconded by Richard Moll and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2003 Regular Meeting as submitted.
A motion was made by Richard Moll, seconded by Judy McQuade and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the November 18, 2003 Special Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Richard Moll, seconded by Judy McQuade and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2003 Regular Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Susanne Stutts, seconded by Richard Moll and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the December 17, 2003 Special Meeting as clarified.
ITEM 2: Adjournment.
The meeting adjourned at 4:22 p.m. on a motion by June Speirs and seconded by Judy McQuade. So voted unanimously.
